How to view a blocked website in India?

Under the directions of the honorable Supreme Court, the government of India has banned about 857 websites that contains gruesome and vulgar adult content. The list was given by the petitioner to the Supreme Court and government was asked to take action.The list is published on the website Logical Indian.

The Government of India on Monday silently banned 857 adult content websites, without informing the public. Many websites like collaegehumor.com, barstoolsports.com which are not pornographic also got banned. - Courtesy Logical Indian
If you want to browse such a banned website , which got banned by mistake by the government, here is a way you can do it.
  1. Visit the website https://hide.me/en/proxy using your favorite browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari etc.
  2. Enter the website url / address you want to browse and enter in the field where it asks you to...

I lost my voter id card issued by the election commission of india. I lost it along with the driving license in 2007.
