This is the second part of the post " Outdoor Advertising & Digital Signage Displays ".As mentioned there, i did start Digital Tyke Ads on 18th March 2012 . This youtube video is the inspiration for trying out whether outdoor video billboard advertising works.I had not much knowledge about advertising other than running some adwords campaign & promoting ads on my own websites & other websites. Initially not many was interested in my digital billboard. The biggest turnoff is the location.I placed the display in a place where flex banner advertising is regarded as a luxurious extravaganza. My initial placement was flop. So i changed to a new position. Some people were satisfied with the new placement. Also ads started to perform well and people began noticing the ads.
